Camera Recall
Has anyone had luck getting their camera fixed under the "Field Service Action Number:20B39" recall? I'm waiting to take delivery of a truck that has this recall and the dealer can't release it until the recall is completed.

This one is an FSA, or field service action, not a recall. There is a rear camera recall, your truck May or may not be affected, but this one is about front and hmsl mounted cameras, since these are not legal requirements they wouldn’t be subject to a recall. So this one wouldn’t affect delivery.
the rear camera recall is a legal requirement, and those will stop delivery.
my dealer told me unless the camera is actually acting up they won’t do anything, since mine are working fine I wasn’t going to argue.

So I picked my truck up on the 14th - got a call from the dealership on the 20th to schedule service for the rear camera recall - I didn't ask what was wrong with it. Anyone know. My truck(2020 F350 CCLB 4x4 6.7) goes in tomorrow. Plus 2 other recalls - will get a list but couldn't tell you what it was for.
