PCM Recalibration - ??

I received a recall notice on my 07 F-150 5.4. It is recall number 07E19 - Powertrain Contol Module (PCM) Recalibration.
I didn't find this recall in the recall list on this site. Does anyone know what the recalibration accomplishes?

No, it doesn't have anything specific.
This is what it says:
"Ford Motor Company would liketo remind you that your 2007 F-150 Ford Truck has not had the following no charge recall completed.

You received this notice because our records, which are based primarily on state registration and title data, indicate that you are the current owner.

Vehicle ID Number: <my VIN>

Recall Number and description: 07E19 - Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Recalibration"

Found this by Google. On the epa.gov site.

Mfr. FORD
Mfr. recall 07E19
EPA# 2880
Vehicle or Engine class F-Series Flex Fuel Vehicles
Engine family 7FMXT05.44HF

Some trucks may have a dual threshold catalyst monitor software strategy that disables the catalyst monitor when switching from gasoline to E85 fuel or vice versa. This software error may cause the vehicle to stop monitoring the effectiveness of the catalytic converter and could allow excessive emissions into the environment.
Remedy:
The PCM will be recalibrated by a dealer at no charge to the owner.

Irappl, when did you buy your truck? I bought mine the first of March and I think I remember then reading something about this. When I checked on it the dealer had already done it or the factory did it because it was descovered before the build date on my truck. I can't remember for sure. These things happen as you get older, I think, I can't remember.

I bought my truck in March as well. I'll bet the dealer was supposed to do it but they ether forgot or didn't do it during make ready.
I bought it off the showroom floor on a Saturday and took it home with me that afternoon.

My 04 has a sticker under the hood that indicates that it has been reflashed. Ask the dealer if they have one of those stickers. It can be helpful for future owners.
