6.0L no crank no start help
If you have all the fan coverage in place, the easiest way to hand crank is from under the truck; you turn the crank bolts like you were tightening them. But as Mark mentioned, if the starter IS engaging even with a hydrolock, you hear it engage.
If no bump, it's either the starter brushes or the solenoid that is the issue. If it's the brushes, a few taps with a hammer on the starter's front-facing edge can free them to see if the starter would now work, but it will need replacement. Not extremely hard to do, but intimidating the first time if not familiar.
But with the smoking, you've got other issues once it will rotate over,

I can be. It's been so long since I've started a 6.0.
The lack of smoke is a good thing, it's possible your starter was spinning slow but just above the point of the PCM letting it run, but the fuel state wasn't optimum. Give it a couple more starts and see how it is.
Glad you got it running.

would should I be specifically monitoring on my scan tool to make sure everything is running correctly ?
I really appreciate all of y’all’s help !
Simple fix
The other night after the gym I go to start my 04 F350 6.0 and nothing happened. Electrics came on and everything but it simply wouldn't crank, wouldn't even try. Ended up getting towed home, and after replacing the starter and oil pressure sensor it turns out that my automatic simply wasn't getting into park correctly. I still have yet to replace the part but if I just work it into park correctly it fires right up. Not saying that this is the fix for everybody but I would have saved myself time and money had I tried the gear shifter first, its such a simple fix

I found a good video on fixing it, you just need to remove the panel underneath the steering wheel and tighten some screws. Now it turns over with no issues. Well-known problem. If you'll look in the tech folder here, Mark's no-start checklist includes that and many other things one would check before shelling out for a starter. Sorry you didn't see it first. Maybe save you money next time.
