2002 crank no start

2002 crank no start
I had the battery out of the truck for a couple of months and now it will crank but no start. All the other electronics work. The theft light flashes constant. What could the problem be?

I feel like an idiot now. Apparently the key for my daughters truck fits this one. Correct key and it starts fine🤦
Oh well, iiit happens.
