It sucks that your problems weren't transposed from one truck to the other because I would have you run the 180/30 tunes in place of the 160/0s (auto tunes in the manual); chances are your problem would disappear due to pulse width being pulled from the 30% tunes. I would do it myself but I know how the automatic transmission would function with manual transmission tuning and would not advise blindly jumping into it.

My auto with the ac's has a hydra with titan unlock, I could run tunes for %30 nozzles and the auto tuning to see if it would help, but the php shifting doesnt agree with my truck.(no vb tunes on titan unlock)

Well......
A few miles of gentle accelerations and then a couple deceleration events might show whether it helps or not.
That log looks similar to mine after the swap to 160/30's and had a tuning mix up. Singles on split tuning had mine bucking and surging on deceleration. Worst on cool mornings, lile trying to drive a top fuel dragster through a school zone. Come to think of it they were also the GH's that didn't match my PCM. Doubt that's helpful but never know. Good luck

GH def sent me split tuning and it was not so great, they corrected and it is better.
But this truck does it with tunes from SDK, Jelibuilt, PHP, and AA.
1023 doesnt, they run smooth, but the shifting needs work, and are smokey. Lots of attemots to get shifting where I want it. Holding off to see if Dusty can live tune when he gets out this way next year.
AA has perfect shifting and great power. Reslly want this tune to smooth out, as it does everything almost perfect, daily ir towing, or playing.
GH has very good shifting, less bouncing all over
then others, but power is not so great.

I'm curious how your injectors would fair on the test bench.
Me too, a flow bench test may be an option after the zf6 swap on my friends truck, and I get mine that he has borrowed for over 3 months back.
I need to give you a call at some point, as I mentioned in another thread.
I would prefer to get this fixed with tuning and not go through the work and expense of sending them to ya unless need be.
Also way too busy with other life matters right now.

The part in bold is why I suggest that it's a tuning issue and NOT a mechanical issue.
