Anyone else do the Ford App update and now it isn't working?
Seems there are a ton of people complaining... wish I had read the reviews before I did it.
Basically nothing works and it lost all info on my truck.
NO start/lock/unlock/mileage etc...
So if you have not updated your App in the last month DON'T !!!
OP - What app are you talking about? FordPass? On your phone or the App in the truck? The 'App' is just an interface - the data is stored in your account at owner.ford.com. If you 'lost' your data, maybe you just didn't log back in w/ the same account?
Where are all these people complaining they lost data?

UPDATE:
well magically today it is working and info came back. I didn't want to reinstall anything yet but did restart the phone zbout a dozen times.
if you go to the app store and read the reviews there are a lot of people that are having issues since the last update, not just me.
so just be aware that this can happen so if you need to have the scheduled start work, it may not.
In my experience the App on Android phones isn't great. About half of the time when I start it something is missing. My truck or my points are the most common. Most of the time I cannot get a tire pressure reading. Marketing messages always seem to work.
It has improved with updates, but it still has a long way to go.
Well Update from yesterday afternoon, back to not working again and this morning too not working.
Although there is yet another update so I am trying that again to see if it works.
