Seriously a screwed up program but I'm happy the sched start is now working.
I'm not going to update this thing ever again

So, 3.14.0 is now FINALLY working for you? I never allow updates, Android, Playstore or Samsung... they're all set to "Manual" so I decide which ones get updated or not! Been burned too many times (like you and lots of other folks, I imagine)! I check Samsung App Store and Playstore, every other day and update everything (usually) except FordPass!!! I'll let you run for another week or so and then, if yours continues to run well, maybe I'll try it - I still have my 3.10.0 backup to fall back on, it's just a PITA to reconfigure everything after restoring it!

Happy Holidays!!!

I've had to delete the app and do a master reset in the truck and start from scratch to pair the vehicle. Other than that one time, mine has been flawless with my iPhone 11 Pro.

Fingers crossed but so far so good.

After updating to the latest and greatest iOS this past weekend and re-installing FordPass, I’ve not had any extreme battery drain via the FordPass app on my Xs Max nor has my phone heated up. 2% is the most FordPass has consumed and I hope it stays this way.

Also, my mileage, fuel level, and oil life features returned to the FordPass app after the iOS update.

If anything changes, I’ll report back but as of right now, all is well in iPhone XS Max land for me.

With the recent app updates installed, has anyone noticed if their vehicle health reports are working on owner.ford.com? Mine still say no data received from vehicle. The app is displaying it but nor sending it to site.

Maybe it’s a difference of tech then. I have a 2018 which uses AppLink; app is supposed to send data to owner.ford.com vs. truck.

Thank you 'Lin' - I got daring yesterday afternoon and let it update to 3.14.0... and EVERYTHING is fine! Running the new Android 11/OneUI 3.0 on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra since three weeks ago maybe. Tried all functions yesterday, rebooted and cleared system cache last night, still works fine (knock, knock, knock)! Merry Christmas everyone!

If it goes wonky clear the cache and let us know if that works. Hope you don't have to

So long read, didn't read much of it to be honest.
Long story short, my Fordpass on phone no longer shows oil life remaining. Only shows fuel level in percent and gauge view, and Odometer. Boom, done, that's it.
No lock, no remote start (never had either of these since day one to be honest),
No more Oil Life remaining. Not sure when this fell off the screen but can only find by logging into the Ford Owner page. What a pain...

2018 F350, Sync 3 and it is updated.

I think this issue happed about the time Ford pushed Alexa to my truck, wish I could remove it... Alexa is a POS.

Android Samsung S10 5G updated 9 Jan 2021

Did anyone find a fix for the oil life not being displayed?

All searches came up with "how to reset my oil life", nothing on oil life missing.

I'm going to preface my statement with "Knock, knock, knock" so as not to upset the apple cart, because mine has been running very well now for several weeks! But here's a screenshot I just took when I read your post - all is good:

I would suggest you Do read the whole thread as your answer might be in there.
I know nothing of Alexa. And if this is an aftermarket add on then it won't apply to this. Please read the whole thread

I've got the same problem with my 17'
I contacted ford through the chat link. Spent about 45 min with 4 different people. They were no help.
I've been relying on the app to monitor my oil life.
Ford owner page displays the oil life.

I also do not, and never have had location as an option.

Probably taking it to dealership to get the recalls done, three I think, minor stuff. I'll see what they say.

I have a work phone that is iPhone, hate it, but will try the FordPass on that phone and see.

I'd honestly rather check the internet site once in a while than to read 119 post...
