no the problem all started when I replaced the hoses
Okay, let me do a quick summary to make sure I have this straight:
Pump to hydroboost hose burst, you then replaced both hoses. Brake problems while driving straight ensued.
You replaced the power steering pump 3 different times. Problems continue.
Replaced hydroboost. Problems continue.
Each time parts were changed, you bled the system by jacking the front end up, ran the engine to spin the pump, steered the wheels lock-to-lock repeatedly while steeping on and releasing the brakes.
Turning brake tests were done at low speeds
Is that an accurate description? What speed were straight line brake tests performed at? Pull codes to see if there are any ABS codes. It doesn't matter if the ABS light is on or not. Just pull all codes. Take a picture of your hoses showing how they are connected from pump to hydroboost and then from hydroboost to steering gear.

yes you have everything correct and I’m currently driving the truck because it’s all I have at the moment. My dad has the same truck so I looked at the hoses on it and also a buddies to make sure I had everything hooked up right and also looked at diagrams. Sometimes it seems like the brakes want to work fine while going straight if you start by pushing them slow but once to a certain point they surge. But with the steering wheel turned the work fine
Dude, you have to answer the questions we ask you in order for us to help you diagnose the issue. Not being at the truck ourselves, this is the only way for us to get information on the symptoms. We are not doing it to insult your mechanical ability. Therefore:
What speed were straight line brake tests performed at?
What codes are present in OBD?
Please take a picture of the hoses as they are currently installed so we can see if there is anything else going on. In fact, the more pictures the better. Take a variety of distant and close shots from various angles.
The hose that goes from the hydro-boost to the steering gear box.... the steering gear box hose side has a small rubber o-ring that must be installed on the end of the connection (comes in a small plastic bag). Did you install the rubber o-ring before you slid the tube/hose into the steering gear box?
