Power steering pressure
I am new to a shop and they had recently replaced the power steering lines on an LCF 4.5L, no stores could get them the right lines so they had some made at the local Bond parts store. I got here and replaced the brake lines on the truck. During my test drive i noticed that the brakes required high effort, but if I wiggled the steering wheel back and forth a small amount, the brakes would feel normal. My questions are, will oversized power steering hoses cause high brake pedal effort and, what is the pressure spec that should be coming out of this power steering pump?
