Anymore input on the Pullright, after our 2900 mile trip to Yuma my old Resse definitely needs to be replaced.

I just got mine but haven’t towed with it yet. It’ll be a few weeks before I use it but I’ll post what I think of it.

The only thing that bothers me about it is if there is any play where the tube slides into the hitch for the adjustment up and down.

I got the pullrite superlite 2600. It was cheaper than the Anderson and I like the way it is built. Eager to try it out.

I downloaded the 2400 manual and answered my question, there's 3 bolts and jam nuts that hold the receiver tube from moving after you adjust the height. The thing is just to simple so I'm over thinking it but I will have to come up with a way to know how when I'm over the reciever because of my tool boxes I won't be able to see it.

Denny, might consider using a lanyard or something that you can attach to the middle stake box pockets. They are directly over the hole for the ball on gooseneck applications.

I use one with a mark on it right in the center above the ball. On the goosebox, I have a dot and line up the line and the box dots. Then back up until they are fairly close and then check.

Works for me so don't if that would help in this instance or not.

That's a idea, centering isn't a problem because I already have a white aluminium strip mounted to my back tool box to center my pin because I can't see my hitch. But with standard hitch you know when it's far enough forward when it bangs home and latches.

I was having that problem at first but the more I back it up to the hitch I find myself getting much better at it, so now I line it up to the middle of my back window and if I'm a little off the funnel on the hitch will allow it to fall in the hole.

In most all cases I can get it in the first try. This is a very solid hitch, since I had it now I have put about 6000 miles using this hitch. And not one time I have any problems.

The build quality is great. This is a beefy hitch for as light weight as it is.

Curious, what brand/type of dry spray lube are you using?

I'm using the one on their website but I bought it on Amazon and I guess that you can use any dry lubes but I just like to stay with what they have on the website

I agree it is beefy and solid I look forward having this one for a long time.

Well I did it I ordered the Pullrite SuperLite 2400 from Tweety's today for $546 delivered to replace my aging 20K Reese. I could find no negative review on the hitch anywhere and I'm looking forward to having only one moving part and that's the latch for the ball.
