Mark, how do you like that BPD radiator? Do you tow very heavy? I am on my 2nd O Reilly radiator with lifetime warranty but they all seem to leak at the crimps. Not impressed.
It is ok. I can't say it cools any better than the OEM one. I have not hauled anything really heavy in a while, 2-3 thousand pounds max lately and even that hasn't been frequently.

The O Reilly radiator cools just as good as stock, the problem is it leaks. You should see the inside of my engine bay, covered in dried white coolant. This all started because I broke the little port on top for the degas bottle...grrrrr. I have thought about Mishimoto, but the reviews are terrible, most say it doesn't cool as well.
I don't think I would try the Mishimoto products, but that is just from what I have read (not 1st hand experience). Getting a good radiator is just way too hard. There are a number of folks on the Org that like their radiator from Performance, but that is just crazy to not be able to ship one reliably.

I feel the same about Mishimoto after the first snafu with the T-stat and housings. You just don't beta test on your customers without telling them.
Then the small trans cooling port on the radiator was the last straw for me.
Performance has a warehouse in Tacoma. That makes shipping a no issue. Address: 2667 S Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA 98409
Once upon a time I was thinking that I might make a run over to BPD while visiting
my sister and take a bunch or orders from guys around here and pick them up and
drive them up here and even stop in Portland on the way home for anyone there.
Shipping them is expensive and UPS just tosses them around like they can't be hurt.
I had several radiators show up dented and gave up ordering them online. However, I was able to buy a new plastic top tank online - that was my problem, a crack in the tank, not the seam - and had a radiator shop put it on after I could never get it to quit leaking crimping it with regular tools. They had a special crimping tool.
Now 5000mls. on the new IPR radiator. Does what he had to to, but I'm missing a fan shroud. I am convinced that the cooling capacity would be higher with fan shroud. The original fan shroud does not fit anymore because the cooler is much thicker.
