This table should help explain the relationship between inducer and exducer sizes.
As you can see, the S363 and S364.5 can have 68mm and 74mm exducers, S366 andS369 have only 74mm exducers. You can choose a turbine housing with your preferred A/R Ratio subject to those exducer size restrictions.

In addition, regardless of the external size of the turbine housing or the actuator, I measured from the top of the CSD base and came up with 12" to the hard cowl. Just like Leonard measured and came up with 13.5".
Based in the hard measurements and the 7.3L video, it appears the actuator must be clocked to the front.
This is a fun and interesting project and I look to more updates.

After he measured and I measured, there is NOT enough room for the actuator to fit under the cowl toward the firewall.
Based on the video and screenshots posted above, the owner has the actuator mounted in the top front location. In addition, the owner appears to have a cast Y-pipe just like the CSD kit includes.

What part number do you order if you wanted to go with one of these for our 7.3 (that has engine brake option)? I sent the company an email asking what they had available for the 7.3's whether in stock format or in T4 setup to get an idea on price. Based off of their reply, what model number do you order? Definitely interested to see how this setup works out for you.
Their reply was this below:
"We have some customers who run these on Ford 7.3 trucks, but we don’t specifically offer a kit for this. Our Turbonator® VGT housings are very similar in size and flange locations to most of the S300, S400 turbos. For the S300 T4 housing your Turbonator only comes with the 80/74 Turbine wheel size, (80/73 in some advertisements). I believe most of the S464.5 SXE turbos have that size turbine wheel."

They do not have a part number for the housing per se because they call you after you place the order to "customize" it to your needs. I simply told them I needed the S300 Turbonator VGT/VNT housing with electronic controls and specified a 4" downpipe v-band flange. DPS only has 4" and 4 1/2" flanges available on the Turbonator. They will also ask you where you want the actuator clocked to.
Note that the standard Borg Warner T4 exhaust housings have a 4 1/8" flange so that is what all the T4 kits come with on their downpipes. I had to buy a separate 4" v-band flange and have that shipped to CSD for them to weld onto the downpipe. I also took the time to get the separate v-band flange machined to match the Turbonator's flange precisely.
