After changing injector harness....0198 code

I bought a new injector harness for my 03 Excursion, and installed it today... it was NOT a fun job! Anyways, I got it all back together and started it, RPMs jumped right to 1500 or so. Went through the stuff I disconnected and couldn't find anything wrong. I put my factory tune back in it, and it runs perfect except now I am getting code P0198 which is oil temp sensor. I was monitoring oil temp with Torque Pro after a 20 minute drive and there isnt an issue, was around 180° both oil and water... the fan runs a high speed though and sounds like a jet sorta.

Where is the oil temp sensor located? I must have either screwed the wiring up, or unplugged it somehow or damaged something. Any help for me finding it would be great so I can get it fixed. All my other codes are gone for the injectors now, and I installed the fuel pressure gauge and I have 56 pounds of pressure, which I assume is good?

I am including a pic from Torque Pro showing my temps while getting the high temp code and fan running fast.

Was just looking on the internet, is it located just in front of the turbo hot side boot? I may of hit it or screwed something up when I was doing my boots from Riffraff for my upper hose for the turbo, hot side(finished all that stuff to, to make it right) Will look at it in the AM tomorrow once it's cool and I can get at it easily.

What you can do is get Forscan to check the voltage of the oil temp sensor. If the PCM does not get a voltage from the sensor if infers the temp from the coolant sensor. I had a problem like that and it out to be the pigtail for the oil temp sensor.

I have FORscan lite and Torque Pro, will see if I can monitor from that. I would "assume" I screwed up a wire and the sensor is probably ok, will get back to you tomorrow about it...

It is common for that sensor to get bumped and ruined when doing work on the engine.
