Scag drives Ram 5500 ........ Trades in STX ........ Becomes Ram forum mods problem
I liked my 2012 Ram 2500, that thing was a beast. Deleted from Day 1.
My 2008 was the most uncomfortable vehicle I have owned. The seats were terrible and the small rear doors drive me nuts.
Switched to Ford because Ram was far behind in tech in 2018. Rams would not warm up in the winter unless you went outside and activated the high idle using the cruise buttons. It has good stock clearance.
As you can see, white is a common theme. The Rams, I had to have a white truck. All foreman drove white trucks so it tricked guys into moving out of the way for me. I didn’t want another white one but it’s all I could find on short notice. Instead of doing lifts and wheels, I saved that money and went a little higher in trim. I spend more time in the truck than I do looking at it.
This concludes show and tell. I’m bored. It’s raining all day here. 👍
Dang Jim. No matter where I go on the forum, I end up finding you. Maybe I should just start looking at your recent posts to find where I should be going. 😂. I posted the pics in the wash roof thread. 👍
Out at my lake a few weeks back, divers had to go under to get a Chevy out of the lake that fell though the ice. They attach big airbags, float it to the service and then pull it to shore with a boat. Flatbed tow truck and winch take over from there. $10,000 was the bill for the removal but insurance covered it from what I was told. Pretty common around my area.

lake, ice, sunken cars, $10,000 tow bills, common thing. I'm staying far away from you as I can!! Sorry man.

When On-Star came out, my buddy called them to have a tow truck bring us out a case of beer while we were ice fishing. Baffled the hell out of the lady because GPS showed us in the middle of the lake. 😂 Yes, we drive on frozen lakes up here.
There was no beer delivery that day 😂
By common, I mean it happens at least once a year on my lake. Have to wait to spring or early summer to get them out.

that's crazy, and I even forgot about the Taser thing. Uh, nah, I'm too far north already, and im in Kentucky.
Came home to see my wife mowed the front yard. Looked like crap considering I cleaned the deck last time I used it. Went in the house and causally mentioned how poor of a job the mower did. Wife went ballistic so I dove for cover and laid low. Went out to mow the back yard and noticed she forgot to lower the deck. The back looks much better with the blades actually doing their job but I'm going to save that tidbit for a rainy day.
