ForCal, no shifter. Hell ya man. I won’t buy a truck with the shifter in the center console. It’s in my way for work. I’d rather have the stupid Ram turn **** shifter 😬. Leave it on the tree and leave it the hell alone.
My Nissan Titan had a center console shifter. It's taken a lot to get used to a column shifter. I still prefer the console shifter for functionality. It's just easier to work. But the extra room in the console without a shifter is nice.
Yesterday, another milf neighbour was out in her driveway and I commented on her DAISY DUKES. Scags, I need to use that blue man gif that I took down. The airplane head slap just isn’t strong enough for my stupidity. 😬
We had a little inclement weather here today. I came home to find the hickory tree had given up a limb in the yard. I'm pretty sure if we get a hurricane anywhere close to us this year we will lose 8-10 more trees. Wind must have been pretty strong as it had blown over a couple of potted plants on the porch. My wife is in St Augustine at my son's house dogsitting while he's at the hospital with his bride and new baby (born C-section yesterday) so I'm batching it with our dog. Thank God we bought the generator. That bad boy is humming right along (probably 4 hours by now) and we are a beacon of light in the darkness. It's really nice to be watching TV, running the microwave, posting on FTE, and generally carrying on as if the power had never went out. Hell yeah! Matt, get the generator!

I hang my elastics on the column shifter. What am I supposed to, hang them on the signal stalk? Too much change for this guy. 😂 No bueno.
Around here it's one of those things you buy hoping to never have to use it. A few years back when we had a couple of glancing blows from hurricanes we were without power for 6 and 5 days respectively. I have a 5k portable, but that thing's loud as hell and it doesn't meet the needs. We are on well and septic, so it sucks not to be able to shower and have running water. I will be happy if it only has to run for 15 minutes every Saturday @ 9AM like it's supposed to for the weekly "exercise" from here on out.
