I’m no expert on the Hydra as I only programmed mine a couple times years ago. But from what I remember the flash software will give you a recommended strategy based on your hex code. Different hex codes can share a recommended strategy. You need to use all the same strategy codes or you can get hiccups while switching between them.
Id confirm the hex code and go from there. My pcm had it on the plastic cover I removed which is now in my parts box.
It’s real easy to grab a different strategy by mistake while filling up the slots in the software However I think they made an improvement that made getting to your correct code easier than the long scroll I had to do.
As for the codes.... I didn’t look any of your listed ones up but I know I have a lot of soft codes hiding in there when I pull them. IAH, EBPV, yada yada. Nothing I worry about since those items have been deleted and aren’t causing any SES or drivability issues.

I see they are soft codes but it kinda gets my ocd going with the engine light on
thinking I have really jacked something up truck runs fine in 00 but I switch to 01 it dies , if I cycle the ignition it won’t start
it was working fine on them this morning I just rearranged them some
ok final conclusion, I am a dummy i was running the wrong tunes all together I was running tnna4n2 and was supposed the be running tnaa4s2 i believe it was !
Took everything apart (getting good at pulling the pcm) just to check all connections
did some more searching and found out i was just wrong with the tunes i selected, they worked for a day but i guess the pcm decided Ummm no way and shut me down
good thing the truck is smarter then i am!
Looks like i have the right tunes, walked out to start the truck, turned on the cycled the hydra to 01 for high idle , bam fired right up High idle, gave it 30 seconds or so to level out( oil Pressure) walked through a few tunes and back to high idle Not 1 hiccup!
I do have 1 question, the only fuel sipper option i had was 65 hp , considering how excited i was with the 40 hp daily driver, what is the 65 hp sipper going to do for me?
I will run forscan later to see DTC's I was getting alot of them with the wrong tunes LOL

LOL
Permanent grin?
Seriously though, I prefer the Fuel Sipper over the 65 Daily. It has a really nice balance between power and shift strategy. It is no slouch either when you lay on it. Of course I expect the tunes on different strategies probably respond a little different.
My dad runs his tired 322k 2000 model on 140hp all the time.

Lol I will figure out what works best for me , not sure i want to stress 250k engine that much besides right now i am just waiting for the next thing to break so the woman can say she told me so
Oh don’t get me wrong, I’m not recommending the 140 as a daily driver. For me it shifts too harsh and rolls too much smoke. But I have a transgo tugger shift kit. His truck with stock VB shifts pretty good with the 140 and it seems pretty happy there. He doesn’t run it like a teenager either.
My opinion is his HPOP is a bit weak and so running the hot tune really helps the drivability. He says it is even more responsive off idle when using the Lope tune(which I wish he didn’t have lol). Spoke to someone years ago who said Lope tune raises the HPOP pressure at idle so it could make sense that a Lope tune would help low end in that case.....
I drove his truck yesterday after doing some brake work and found the Fuel Sipper to feel better than the 65 daily. Even in responsiveness. I tested this out later in my truck and felt the same way about it.
My fuel sipper tune is 65hp, our scribbled note for his says 75hp but I think we just wrote it down wrong for him.

I am running the 40 hp for now, will check mpg , then i'll try the 65 sipper and compare, stock i only bee getting about `14, done so much now i have nothing to base things on
i did however get the extend license for forscan, was able to fix my speedometer! 670 was the magic number for me
