pyrometer/turbo gages?

The '96 PSD I am about to buy does not have these gages. Do I just trust it?

Stock from Ford, our trucks did not come with these gauges. If you are hauling or adding more power you will need some after market gauges, or if you just want to know what your truck is doing.

if it doesn't have a chip or programmer on it you shouldn't need gauges. guages are needed only when fuel is added via the computer or bigger injectors.
