You probably do not need a new turbine wheel/shaft. We seldom need to replace those.
Typically we only use a 360* thrust washer rebuild kit (and new compressor wheel when needed).
If there is no shaft play in the turbo, it probably does not need a rebuild....
It's ordered, done is done, I doubled checked for shaft play there defiantly is none, not going to be able to do the bellowed up pipes right now, something i will get to play with later, just need to get it back to working right

The lions share of the work to change up-pipes is removing the turbo...
The injectors are not a matched set, if that's relevant but I'm going to guess that on that top one the AP stands for Alliant Power and the AD at the end would make it an AD injector but that's just my guess. Maybe someone else will know for sure.
