Now that I've put a couple thousand miles on my 12 F350 4x4CC LB. 6.2.
some things I've seen are @ 55 mph in 2 wd . I can get 15 or better mpg . @ 65 it goes down to just less than 14 mpg.
lots of idling and driving around town drops it down to 9 or less.
THIS is just about the ugliest thing i think I've ever seen. It puts the Chevy Avalanche to shame. Oh, the pain!
So, just my opinion, by the time you get all the stuff added (or removed) from the truck to try and gain a couple of MPGs, you will have spent far more than you will gain. So maybe don't worry so much about those MPGs and start just enjoying the truck for what it is.
I think it looks kinda cool. Every bit as attractive as what a Lot of the pimp mobile pickups many on here drive.
Tounue or however its spelt. Covers.
They are fine for a girl to drive if she wants.
Since most don't do the Manly with their pickups , why not make a fastback out of it 😀👍💪💪
Maybe give it a FDE camo paint job cattle/brush guard on front.
😀
