Got the dome light installed and door switches all wired up. Works as it should when the switches are open. When the switches are closed the light is off. I would have thought with switches closed and light off, the toggle switch would still turn the light on, is it supposed to, mine doesn’t?
Think my toggle switch is bad or I have it wired wrong?

The manual switch does not override the door switches. The switch will not turn out the light if the door(s) are open. It doesn't show it in the schematic but the door switches are NO not NC. You shouldn't be showing any voltage at the light itself with the doors closed, but you will show voltage at the upstream side of the manual switch.
