Engine running rough

Getting codes 0171, 0174. Replaced both top oxygen sensors, tps, and maf. Replacing the tps seemed to improve idle and performance. Nothing changed with maf. Still running a bit rough at idle and still getting codes. 04 f150 heritage xl

What are the codes?

What did the freeze frame data show?

First SWAG is a vacuum leak.

My bad. You did post the codes.
Is this a 5.4?
Freeze frame data?

I agree with vacuum leak being most likely.

If you have codes, there is (or was) Freeze Frame data. You might have cleared it / not looked for it, but it is stored at the instant a code is recorded. THAT's its purpose, so you can know what various other conditions present that might have lead to the generation of the codes.

More than likely, you’ll end up replacing the intake gaskets and possibly the manifold. It’s not uncommon for the manifold to warp and crack at the seams - smoke testing is a good way to know.

You can start by replacing old vac hoses, making sure the EGR isn’t sticking at idle, and run some seafoam or marvel mystery oil in the fuel to clean the injectors. If it’s due for spark plugs, replace them and the coil boots while you’re at it.

If no improvement, get it smoke tested to find out if it’s just the gaskets or the manifold too.

I took battery cable loose and replaced DPFE sensor, almost seems like it made it worse. Getting different codes now though. P2197 ff 01/02 and p2195 ff 02/02

I don't know if the OP figured this out yet but I would take the intake manifold off and inspect it. Had a similar issue and once I took it off I found numerous burnt holes like in this picture.

Replaced the egr valve. Drove about five miles on the highway. Stopped and went inside, came back an hour later started it up and the service engine light was out. Running good now!

Light back on

Service engine light back on. Same codes 0171 & 0174. Replaced the manifold gaskets and isolator bolts. Runs better but still a little rough at idle and I’m getting 0174. But no more 0171.
