Thanks for all your help but I think y'all are thinking I am a girl with a big truck....LOL NOT. I drive semis as well with my CDL.
Not trying to insult your intelligence at all. Reading your quick replies with vague info, made me think you were not very knowledgeable about the remote start the Super Duty's, that's why I went into detail.
Now that we know you are capable, the next step would be to locate the remote start module to see if it's equipped or not. Someone more knowledgeable will have to chime in on its location. I would guess behind the glove box but I'm speculating.
This video will tell you everything you need to do/look for. If it's not working after following everything in the video than a shop might have to look into it.

There is not a remote start module for the basic remote start. It is part of the TPMS module on the A pillar of the passenger side (2011-2015) or above the headliner on the 2016 models.
FYI
The basic remote start has an RF antenna that plugs into the TPMS module and the hood switch. The remote start is then turned on via the Ford IDS or FORScan use the values in the 2016 SD Google spreadsheet. The IKT's are then programmed into the BCM after the RS is turned on. The key programming will do the RS interfacing along with the PATs and the door lock buttons.
If there are any DTC's or the CEL light is on, then the RS will not work. It will fast the lights and blow the horn. When the DTC's/CEL are cleared, the the RS will work.
You would need to get a code reader to clear them. You might try going by one of the parts houses and have then clear the codes. Also, while there, have them check your batteries. That can be a source of problem for remote start.
So we ran a diagnostic lastnight, no codes except a seatbelt and tps sensor came up. But when I tried to program keys, it says INTKEY CANNOT PROGRAM.
When I push on the hood switch it makes a noise. There is no antenna under the glove box but it says it will work without this.
I am wondering if maybe the key that came with my truck is not a factory key and they keys will not program. I may have to go to aftermarket remote start.
Any thoughts.

I personally would stay with the factory remote start.
That kit will get you the antenna module and an extra key. You would still need to get the keys programmed if you don't have 2 original keys. I am unsure if forscan has the ability to program Keys like the dealer, someone else will have to chime in on that.
