It's a recent reproduction. No Ford dealer has any, but I would assume that some/all of the Ford truck repro parts sellers do.

C6TZ-16138-C = 1965 F100/250 2WD & 1966 F100 4WD / Obsolete, not repro'd AFAIK

Several years ago when I first read (on FTE) about this support being reproduced, someone said Carpenter.

I was able to get pics of two reproduced supports from LMC that may help someone looking for a replacement.

C6TZ-16138-C = 1965 F100/250 2WD - 1966 F100 4WD. I believe this is LMC # 43-2857-T

C2TZ-16138-G = 1961/64 F100/600 - 1965 F100/250 4WD - 1966 F250 4WD. I believe this is LMC# 43-2855-T

C6TZ-16138-B = 1966 F100/250 2WD. Use one of the reproductions above and modify it. Here’s a reference for that. 1966 Ford F100 Restoration: Using the reproduction core support
I would take it a step further and remove the two protruding vertical brackets for the 65 radiator. Then it should mount the original 66 radiator. I believe the pic from Cheddar's had that done in post #10.
Another thing I noticed is that the fender well supports may have to be moved outward at the bottom.

For now I'm going to stitch up my old one til I can justify the cost - only to have to modify it to make it work.

Trying to repair rusty multi-layer 50 yo metal is a waste of time. Years ago I bought a 64 repro support, sawed off the parts I needed and welded the new metal with my old 66 support and got a rust free 66 2wd core support. These repro supports are a really good investment and it seems that a repro for our 66 2wd's is now available. Define the issue, develop solutions, solve the problem.

After breathing a ton of rust dust for a half hour grinding I was happy to order a new one from DC. I hope to have it next week while I breathe easier.

Reproduced 1966 F100 2wd radiator support???

I was under the impression that no repros were available. Am I missing something??

If there is one available, I have a brand new one for a 1965 I would gladly trade for. If no trade, I will sell it and buy one for a 1966.
