New core support from DC.

This is a new radiator support for a 1966 from DC. Looks different than mine. Has different radiator attachment configuration.Mine is flat. Hmm,what will I need? Make Model Body Style Notes Year
Ford Truck F100/250 2WD 1965-66
Ford Truck F100 4WD 1966
Notes
1966 2WD will need additional holes drilled
Or will it need to be reworked similar to below.

Carpenter has listed the WRONG applications for this radiator support.

Carpenter says C6TZ-16138-C = 1965/66 F100/250 2WD & 1966 F100 4WD but there's NO such thing, as this was NOT used on 1966 F100/250 2WD

The following is correct:

C6TZ-16138-B = 1966 F100/250 2WD

C6TZ-16138-C = 1965 F100/250 2WD; 1966 F100 4WD

This wrong application support was discussed several months ago.

That SURE looks to me like a 65' core support. If I get a little time tomorrow, I will take some pics of both a 65' and a 66'. BUT, if indeed that is the 65', I would buy one just to keep one on hand just in case DC decides to stop making them. 65' is a 'one year' only. Unless that picture is an old DC pic and they are trying to say it will also fit a 66' - NOT...

This is a 64 core support from Carpenter that I modified for a 65. Your support looks like the same part that they added the inner fender brackets to. I don't know what a 66 should look like but I don't see the lower brackets for the inner fenders or weld nuts for the battery box on that support you got.
