I just took a peak through a lot of this thread. That truck is extremely nice! I was looking for hours to see a picture of an OBS with a black grill to see whether I should paint mine black or not on the F150 I'm restoring (when I was getting the paint out to finish painting my tailgate). I couldn't find a picture so I decided not to, then I see yours after I finish painting and it looks great!
Those welding skills, and fabrication are just incredible! I really wish I had access so a shop for stuff like this! I'd love to get a mill and lathe eventually for my house, but that will have to wait until I'm out of the Air Force because I'm not moving something like that around (and I can't afford it with my current pay!) Now, a CNC machine at home would be incredible, but that's a little unreasonable. I've seen some good used mills/lathes for around the 5k mark in AZ (at least like 4 years ago when I was looking), so that seems like it's something I could afford in the future.
Thanks for the kind words guys, it's taken a long time to get here, and I have learned a lot and acquired new skils/tools/machines in the process, but I still have a long way to go!
