im curious about your rear axle swap.. you drilled out the flanges an drilled new holes for the 8 x 6.5 stud pattern.. but does 16 inch wheels fit over the brake rotors an calipers ?
id have to go back through and see what ones exactly but off hand the steps, traction bar/blocks, and possibly the trans and t-case crossmembers.
TBH I would probably sell my DXFs for more than if I made the part and sold it to you. I've got hundreds of hours in these, and the potential for sales is worth a lot more I think.
Let me know if you want something made, as I do charge a pretty fair price compared to almost all other places, and I pride myself with the highest quality in every aspect.

Out of curiosity what would you want for the traction bar setup and a set of steps?
Got to work on Shamu a little more this weekend. Got the axle swap started.
Up on stands Axle out Sandblasted the new axle to make things a little easier Then after several hours of grinding/cutting my old shock towers off, I semi-assembled the new axle and slid it under the truck.
Next is to finish cutting off the rear shackle hanger that I welded on from SORD, and then cut the front hanger off too. After that, I scan the frame/axle in place, CAD up my radius arm mounts, shock towers, track bar mount, and sway bar mounts. Then I can cut/form/weld and test fit everything, make my drag link and center link, and then send EVERYTHING off to powdercoat, then I can do the final install... looking at atleast 2-3 more weeks, but after that, I will be able to offer a full bolt on kit for the OBS to 05+ axle swap.
Coming along! I love having clean concrete for a working surface. I don'r know how anyone does anything in the dirt LOL
I cant stand being in the dirt either, or especially in gravel!! I'm the guy Sweeping up my grinding dust and crap every 30 min or so because I cant even stand to lay in that lol
Got more work done on the 08 axle, got the brackets cut out and bent up. I test fitted them on the frame, and some small adjustments need to be made for any future kits, but these will do just fine for me. Most of the holes are drilled (which I hate drilling holes in anything, frames are the worst), the axle is installed, custom high steer arms are welded on, and all the steering is made.
Now I have to make the track bar mount, sway bar mounts, drill a few more holes, weld everything together, do a final test fit and maybe a test drive, then it all comes back apart to go to powdercoat...
