The good thing about a C6 is you can find them in good running condition for under $500 all day long. To bad that happened to you. As my grandpa always said, "You always pay for your education, one way or another."

Well I finally got the engine running!!!! The trans will move forward in D, 2, or 1. 1st feels funny but works. In D it will shift through all gears but R feels like N.
I've tried loosening the band adjustment but but that doesn't seem to help.
Ohh and I've also added a temp sender in the test port near the vacuum solenoid since it was last a known good transmission, aside from all the other stuff I've done in this post.
Any ideas?
