To be clear you have 111 for both KOEO and KOER? I had all kinds of issues, including no forward movement when my last PCM failed, no results for tests, no codes at all.

There is not going to be any codes for the OP's issue. This is another example of why posting the same issue in multiple forums results in multiple people asking the same questions, but the answers are in different places.

Let's make sure I understand what's going on.
The trans works in reverse and when the shift handle is in 1 or 2. If you put it in D it won't go. Is that correct?
If that is correct pull the transmission and rebuild or replace it. The overdrive one way clutch has failed. Don't listen to those that tell you it could be the transfer case or the solenoids. It can't possibly be either of those.

Yes, that will work. I don't know if it will work long term, the coast clutch wasn't designed to handle that load without the one way clutch.
