Window Channel Replacment

Hello,
when I got my truck and first rolled down one of the windows, I noticed that the, what is supposed to be felt, liner is so hard that it brakes in your hand under the slightest movement. There was already some good size chunks missing and the wind noise was getting on my nerves. So I went online and bought a new window channel felt liner and the door/window seals that go along as well.
I took of the inside panel from my door and took a look at how to get the old liner out and the new one in. It seems to me that I have to remove the window for that, but my research did not yield anything good on how to do that. Most videos just show it uninstalled, but do not mention on how to do it.
if any of y’all have experience with replacing the window channel liner/ removing the window, I would be very grateful for some insight on how to do that.

Thank You.
