no fuel = no boost
remove foot off pedal and boost will drop
if it drops too fast and you have a woosh...........you have a boost leak
use a leaf blower on exhaust and some soapy water
buy a fernco coupling at home depot or lowes with a few bushings and adapters to a compressor to pressure up turbo inlet and spray some soapy water around

hard to tell in the video since I am not pressing the pedal and was only a short run

You think its acting up
Sounds like a boost leak
Only way to really tell is to test to put it to rest
