boost?

boost?

i hooked up a boost gauge in my truck and the best ive seen is 23 psi and the needle moves back and fourth rapidly is that normal -my boost psi sounds a little under par with what you guys are makin

Little unsure about boost numbers, they don't seem to bad for stock sticks. Someone else will chime in with a better knowledge than me I am sure.

Where did you hook your boost line? The boost gauge should be steady.

best i can ever see is 20 right at the rev limiter.

i teed into the map sensor hose -to get past 20 psi i have to shift it myself

mine is teed into the map line as well and i have to hold the gears out manually to hit 20 psi as well. if i let the truck shift on its own i may see 17-18 for a split second
