MR309 Grid, +18 offset. with Nitto 295/65R20 Terra Grappler G2 (true 35" tall tire)
Wish I would have gone with less positive offset to widen the stance (for looks), BUT I do like that it keeps the tires tucked under the fenders (practical), so less rocks and gravel getting thrown up on the body... Doesn't it sound horrible when a rock hits the Aluminum body!!!! yikes!
Really nice setup! Regarding the wider offset, any chance you got any pics showing how much your tire sticks out beyond the fender flare. What mud flaps are you using?
I'm considering the 18" NV HD (4500 lb rating) w/ TOYO At/2's as well for hauling my truck camper, but really don't want to expose the exterior box panels to road rash.
Method 305 NV 17x8.5 0/4.75
2.5” Readylift
37x12.5x17 Cooper AT3 XLT
No Rub at full flex on and off road
Pedal Commander is a must to account for the weight of the tires and bumpers. No added power but it takes out the definite lag from the added weight. Method NV 305
I really like this wheel. Is it clear-coated or just polished? We have MT Classic iii's on the wife's TJ and they are water stained. Cleaned regularly. This Method wheel would look good on my Race Red Lariat but I want it to stay looking that nice!
Looks like its the Double Standard. OG method wheel.
BINGO!
I wanted an old school look and get tired of the black wheel look. I coated them in a polish that resists brake dust so hopefully they're easy to clean. Wish i had gone 37 but parking garages are my enemy.
The machined finished has a clear coat to whomever was asking.
