Good morning everyone. My lower back is still letting me know how it feels.
Chris, I do what I can but unfortunately I just have to deal with it. The neuro surgeons said surgery was not a good option, PT doesn’t help, massage and chiropractor help a little. Most of the time it’s minor and manageable, but flares up had a few times a year.

Morning Andy and those to follow.
Technically it's my Dad buying, since he's had back surgery and is on pain medication we are doing the paperwork.
And yes in Seaside. I have been helping my Dad find some property closer to me when the duplex I live in went on the market. So he will be closer just don't know it will be to close.
