Here’s the old hardware, though I assume I’m missing some since I’ve got odd numbers of clips and fasteners.

Why do you have one painted frame and one stainless frame?

Good eye… this is a "darkside" build (rat rod truck) — driver door is original to the F3 ('52 5-star); the other came from a '51 F1. Got lucky, in that the patina is a near-perfect match!

Go online, I tried to keep original and used cork and rubber 1/16 glass setting tape. Got it from a shower door company.

In terms of getting it out, if its a gonner, glasses, gloves trash can and a hammer bust it out then use flatblade screwdriver to gently pry out the window and setting tape.

That is what I had to do. My glass was milky white with bubbles all thru it. Wasn't worth saving. Even with a hammer and screwdriver it was a real mother to get it out of the frame.

And guys here say to spray Windex or WD-40 in the frame and you can pull out the glass.

I had a nearly perfect Standard Cab frame with really good FoMoCo glass, no bubbles, cracks, etc. But the pivot was broken off. I tried to sell as is and no buyers for years. So I though I'd take the glass out and put the pivot in and either use it or sell it. They do not reproduce the painted frames, only stainless. I didn't everyone said to do. Put two soft white pine in my view, put the glass in between and pulled onnthe frame..... I cracked the glass. And that's how I left it for now.
