I was wondering why my data plate is incomplete in telling me what my truck originally came optioned with.

Well there is a razor blade in the way for starters lol. She is a 1/2 ton on a 114 inch wheelbase. It left the factory in Raven black your tranny is code A but you blocked out the year with the razor. On a 66 truck the tranny would be an NP435 4spd. The axle code is 11 which I also do not know. The engine code is C which is a 6 cylinder either a 240 or 300 iirc. The letter H states where it was built but I do not have my book in front of me so I do not know where it was built. For the record something seems goofy about that plate. Like maybe it is for an econoline pickup.

It's not incomplete.
Your Warranty Plate is complete with all the codes stamped in 1961 (no date after 1960, no DSO unless a special order), but the 2nd line was stamped poorly.

F10 = F100 2WD

C = 292 2V

H = Lorain OH Assembly Plant.

1XXXXX = 1961.

114" Wheelbase.

COLOR: A = Raven Black.

MODEL: F100 2WD .. 5000 lbs. GVWR

TRANS: A = Ford 3 Speed Manual Transmission.

AXLE: 11 = Ford 9" Rear Axle / 3.70-1 / 3,300 lbs. Rear Axle Capacity.

5,000 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.

129 net HP @ 3,800 RPM

Most everything looks OK to me. The alignment of the stampings is off from the headings some, but that's not terribly uncommon. Only thing I see that doesn't seem right is the net HP should be 135 for a 292, at least according to the 1970 MPC.

F10 - F100-4x2

C - 292 2V

H - Lorain, OH assembly plant

1xxxxx - 1961

114" Wheelbase.

A - Raven Black Color code

F100 - F100 5,000 Lbs GVWR

A - 3-speed L/D Ford 1T4A

11 - Ford 9" - 3.70:1 ratio - 3,300 lbs capacity - non-limited slip (WBG)

5,000 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.

129 net HP @ 3,800 RPM
