MODEL code F100: F100 2WD, 5,000 lbs. GVWR.
You didn't say what year your truck is. I had to go by the AXLE code to discover you have a 1966.
The colors/patterns are specific to each year, but AXLE code 17 was not used in 1965 for F100's.
B81: B = Medium Blue Crush Vinyl & Medium Blue Cody Pattern Woven Plastic // 81 = 81B Custom Cab.
C = Ford type 3.03 3 Speed Manual all Syncromesh Transmission.
17: Ford 9" Rear Axle / 3.25-1 / non Limited Slip / 3,300 lb. Rear Axle Capacity.
GVW missing. It would be 5,000 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.
HP & RPM missing.
DSO missing.

Thanks for the info, I did not include the GVW, Hp and DSO because I already knew what they were. Looks like it is all original and it has stayed in the Dallas area. Do you know what time frame Ford built trucks in Dallas?

Ford built dozens of assembly plants in the US, dozens more in foreign countries, initially to assemble Model T's.
Over 27 miilion T's were sold between 1908 & 1927.
