11 = Ford 9" Rear Axle / 3.70-1 / 3,300 lbs. Rear Axle Capacity.

33 = Detroit MI Ford District Sales Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.
4541 = Domestic Special Order number, truck ordered special by the original purchaser, not "bought off the lot."
F-ONE: The DSO code does not begin with 41, so it is not Chicago!
The COLOR code on the Warranty Plate is L, not J.
The 114" wheelbase does not decode to short bed.
1961/66: There was no way to know by any codes stamped on the Warranty Plate what kind of "back of cab equipment" (if any) these trucks came with.

Hidden frame VIN stamped atop the right (passenger) side frame rail, either partially under the cab, forward of the cab or in the engine compartment.
The VIN on the Warranty Plate is known as the Warranty Number. FoMoCo said it isn't for title or registration purposes.
The reason they said this, was because it was too EZ to change. The usual reason:
1963/79: People replaced damaged left door with used doors. 99.9% of the time, they failed to install the original Warranty Plates on the replaced doors.
1961/62: Warranty Plate riveted to the inside of the glove box door. Change the glove box door, now the VIN won't match.
