2013 F350 no high beams

I have an 2013 F350. When I select high beams, my low beams go out and I have no high Beams. The high beam indicator illuminates when I select high beams

I'll go out on a limb and just suggest you need two new headlights.

That is what I was hoping. Fuses are good, all other systems working normally. I find it odd that both high beams would fail at the same time.. Going to try the bulbs tomorrow, ford did not make the bulb replacement easy

Do you mainly use high beams or flash a lot with them? This seems odd to me as well.

Good News, both lamps had the high beam filament blown. It took around 45 minutes total to replace both bulbs, the removal of the grill and head lamps was simple; Again, Thanks everyone for your responses. I used The Sylvania H13 Silver Star Ultra Halogen Headlight bulbs, $51.00 for 2 bulbs.
