I have attached a picture of the monster truck we rode in. It must have been a life changing event for little man. I am wondering what he would do at a car show. He is all boy that's for sure and becoming quite the daddys boy too.

Could not open the file. Glad yall had a good time. I think you will be happier at Ag pro. You already knew the wife wanted you to take it.

my tractor not paid for yet. If I told wife I wanted to another tractor you would hear her reaction at your house. In hindsite a skid steer may have been a better choice but was out of our price range. As with any equipment or hp you always wisg you had bigger or more

What in the world happened to fall? It's like it went from summer straight to winter. It's 38 degrees here this morning.

I got all my uniforms together and in the truck to turn in on Wednesday. After I drop my tool box off on Thursday morning I am going to run by the mom in-laws place on the way home and cut some limbs off a tree for her. She told my wife she was going to call a tree service but it was just a ploy to get us to come do it. I don't know why she doesn't just ask us to come do it, some things she does and some things she doesn't.

DO not forget to take a change of clothes Wenesday so you can give them the uniform you wear to work.

M-I-L she has to to "con" you into volunteering. That way when yall grumble about something "well you volunteered to do it". It a game.

I will wear my weekend work jeans on Wednesday because I have to turn everything into the receptionist. not put them in the dirty uniform container.
Since I gave my notice they will not let me use my vacation or my sick day, Wednesday will be last day either way.

If was me I would show Wensday morning turn everything in load my tools and leave not work all day.

Piedmount tractor want to try and tell me that for warranty to cover parts they had to do the work. I finally talked to the owner said as long as I sign a statement they will not be liable. Da. They want 275 each way to pick it up 72 miles. The ordered everything except bearings for that shaft. The lead mechanic looked at everything.

My boss called me on the way home and Yancey made me a pretty good offer to stay. I talked it over with my wife but I am still going to the John Deere place.I am already taking Thursday and Friday no pay so I can't take Wednesday too.

Good evening Georgia, Stephen, Hugh and any missed.
I would turn everything in, load tools and take a LOONNG weekend for mental health. Been there didn't do it and regretted it and the next time took 2 weeks. Even with no pay it was remarkable the difference it made.
Anyway we went from fall to winter and laves almost gone!
Have a great night and a wonderful Taco Tuesday.

I have gone back and forth with it, even this morning. They offered me 200 bucks a week more, a leadman position and quarterly bonuses to stay. I have to admit they had talked me into staying but I was on the floor playing with my son last night and he looked and me and said: Daddy I love you. Money can't replace that.

I may have to work a Saturday or two during the busy summer season but it's a lot easier work than I'm doing now, a heck of a lot closer to home. I just have to remind myself it's not about the money.

Everytime you think about staying remember every thing you missed with your daughter even the small stuff like helping with homework, telling her goodnight. 3 hours a day may not seem like much, but that could be watching him get on a school bus or him running the wrong way at a tball game

leadman = stress
on your annual evaluation the balked at a 1.00 an hour now they are throw 5 an hour at you. something not right there
quarterly bonus what are the strings

Besides green is color since you wore for so long in your previous life

Ditto what Hugh said but ultimately you will have to weight the options, desires and needs!

i'm going to go to John Deere. I'm not going to lie the extra money would have been nice to stay but I'm looking at easier things to work on and a lot less stress on my brain and my body.
