Sorry, it doesn't work that way. Once you've flashed it, you've flashed it. And you can't remove the evidence, even if you put the stock tune back.
It doesn't matter where you got the tune from, either.
Bottom line, if you're going to delete, delete and use a reputable tune & tuner and resign yourself to the fact that any issues that are directly attributable to it may/can be cause by Ford for not honoring your warranty for that particular item/repair.
