Also, if the throttle position was identifiable while using cruise control to see how hard the pcm is pushing to keep the truck up to speed, I could find a learning opportunity in there.

I did get throttle position to work, but it reads zero with cruise control on.

Either way, Forscan and Forscan Lite are the better tools to have regarding DTC's and tests.
that is due to you reading the physical pedal (throttle) position sensor, these are not cable driven so the computer can accelerate the truck with out the pedal input

Yes, that is correct as was eluded to above. I will be monitoring MFD instead of throttle position in an effort to see how much fuel the PCM is calling for when the truck is using cruise control. I think that when I am towing heavy and if the cruise control is going from say 35%-100% throttle when climbing a rolling hill or slight incline I will probably stop using cruise control in those situations and use my right foot. This might increase my MPG's from 13 when towing. If not, then the PCM can do whatever it wants.

If I cannot get them to work, I will log the IAT and MAT from Forscan Lite for data collection and review purposes.
What version of TorquePro are you using? You are using the paid/pro version?

I am using the paid/pro version. I am going to start another thread for the IAT and MAT specifically to come PID entries. I wish I had thought of a piece of software that I could sell to millions of people and it only work half the time, then not work at all and then they figure out how to fix it...

If you look at my TFT it also reads in F although is says "C" on the gauge. So maybe that would do it, or try a different gauge style.
What Galaxy are you using? Looking to get a Tab to run TorquPro
