It came with an extra set of baldwin fuel filters in the step storage area so I just left them as spares. No water in the fuel filter, fuel looks real clean, oil looked good so I don't think we will have any issues.

Thats good . What you may want to do with the spares is rotate them next filter change use them and and buy new ones for spares not sure lphow long the she lf life is.
I am going to get new spares for all the filters, coach and generator. I do not know how long those fuel filters have been in the coach that's one reason I did not use them. Little man is walking around with his beach bucket saying sand castle! He has figured out how to unlatch the gates outside so we installed locks yesterday. We don't need him getting out and anywhere around the pool by himself.

good move on the locks. Dont forget to carry a basic set of tools with you. Include a multimeter, wire, fuses, bulbs enough fuel to fill a filter.
I am pretty well set on all of that stuff, still have it left over from the first motorhome. We decided to go straight to Panama City. We were going to stop in Columbus for one night but we decided to just go ahead drive straight thru. 1 day of driving and then set up, 2 days at the beach, then put everything away and then drive back. I ordered a new belt and tensioner for the motorhome along with a 6 ft beach umbrella off Amazon.
I think I have done just about everything I can think of to do or that needed to be done. Since I bought it I have serviced the generator, lubed the suspension, serviced everything on the coach engine, sanitized the water tank, installed the base plate on the hummer, installed the tow lights on the Hummer. I cleaned the coils and the filters on both the AC's. Installed new outside covers on both of them, replaced a bad vent cover, upgraded the TV's. Fixed the awning roller for the porch, replaced a bad pull cord for the bedroom awning, replaced the seals on the potty valve. fixed the propane issue, got the rear heater to work. replaced the porch light fixture. Easily 6 to 8 hundred on dishes, pots and pans, dump hoses, water hose, awning lights, extension cords, camping chairs, water pressure regulator, bedding, towels, etc, etc. We will be able to take it out more next year, we better since we have a ton of money invested in it.

I know you have done alot to it. Not taking it out what hsppens to alot of them. Lot of buyers remorse.
Have you checked to make sure umbrellas are still allowed some beaches have banned them for safety reasons
No buyers remorse here, When we go to the beach and we are pulling the truck, they are able to go potty, watch TV, get something to eat and drink and take a nap. They will see that this is the only way to travel!
Panama city beach has chair and umbrella rentals everywhere so I don't think I have to worry about it there.
Next years projects include a new in motion sat dish, digital over the air antenna, recoat and seal the roof and some interior upgrades.

Ordered a headlight restoration kit, I need it for the motorhome and the Suburban.
The main trick is going to be working around the school schedule when little man starts school in a few years and the mom in-laws summer visiting. It's nice right now because we can go before or after the summer rush.
