A buddy at work has some bulk oil and he is giving me a good price on 10 gallons. I have the running lights and brake lights done, now I am just waiting on the other 2 diodes to arrive so I can finish the turn signals. Scooter lock and cable came in this morning. Ordered an extension tube off of amazon this morning, did not know they made those things till you said something Hugh. I think the 18 inch one should put it out more than enough to clear the spare. If not I can put the spare in the back of the truck and it has to clear the mount. Everything's coming together.for our trip to the beach, I am getting excited.
Looked at the map and it is showing Tampa and south, should not have a problem in Panama City. I have a battle buddy that lives in Panama City and we visit every time we go down. I am going to call him next weekend, he will tell me if they have any issues. Lowered the deductible on the motor home today, that was a costly lesson. Only thing lleft to buy now is the aux brake system the wife is excited about taking the motor home to the beach, I can’t wait either!
Bush Gardens has some of the best roller coasters in Florida, if your into that. I rode the scooter down to the corner store yesterday and little man saw me ride back up in the yard, he went crazy wanting to go for a ride. So we went down the road for a cruise and he loved it. Wife tried to ride it in the parking lot of the corner store. She hit the curb trying to turn around and she fell down but luckily she fell in the grass. She is fine and the scooter got a few small scratches so now the daughter is afraid of it. I guess I need to find a bigger parking lot with no traffic and let them figure out how to ride it.
Beautiful location, you look good stress free, nice girlfriend. Our little mini vacation is costing me a fortune. Fuel filters and the diodes came in yesterday. The scooter rack is arriving on wednesday and the extension on Friday. Ordering the aux brake in 2 weeks and that will be everything I need. Here is a pic of the scooter we bought to take with us camping. Little man loves riding the "motorcycle" as he calls it. We cruised around the neighborhood on it yesterday. I drive and he points down the roads and says that way, that way!!
No they have not gotten back on it. Me and little man cruise the neighborhood but that’s it. Worked late so we didn’t ride today. I did make top tech for July! I got my annual appraisal today, top tech 8 out of 12 months with an over all efficiency rating of 110%. Highest in the section. Job interview for the service manager position on Thursday! They were so impressed with my background they wanted me to come in ASAP!
