I will from now on. We took the pto clutch apart just to make sure it was not the problem. It was not slipping. It looked rough. Going to clean It up put it back together. Get the blades and stumpjumper off was fun. Took both of us me keeping the gear puller in place and my helper tighen the screw on the gear puller. Without an impact getting the bolts(1"dia) for the gearbox off was interesting. Confirmed with my dealer it was gearbox. They called me this afternoon it is backordered.
Got the trailer hitch on the Jeep only took 3 trips to Mikes 8n Riverdale. The wrong wiring harness came in twice.
new fuel tank for Mazda came in. Put it on tommorow

Interview is now tomorrow afternoon instead of in the morning. Funny thing is I am not nervously at all and I am pretty confident I got the job. They wanted to meet with me ASAP and they need someone qualified quickly, both good signs. New store, no mechanics so it will be from the ground up. Stopped and got a haircut on the way home.

The scooter rack rack came in but it needs to be assembled but it’s raining out , might mess with it In the morning. I might go ahead and put in the last 2 diodes for the turn signals too.

Just take it easy in the morning. You get started on something and time will get away from you

More than likely you are getting a little faster at doing them. Your boss knows you will do it right and in good time.

So how did it go? Got the new tank, pump, strainer and a new filter on the Mazda. It running but still have a rough idle, hesitation between 3500 and 4000 and an occsional backfire. Going to get some seafoam and put in the tank to see if helps. The gas gage is iffy.
Lexie is going with me out to land tommorow she going to learn how to drive the tractor

It always easier to find a job when you have one and not really looking.

I think they will offer me something, maybe not that job but something. I'm not sweating it either way but if I have to work making more money is always better.

Not closer about 30 minutes farther. Not sweating it , it will be what it will be.
My wife would like to learn to drive ours but the brakes are weak so right now that's not even an option. Weekend plans are to finish the tow light install, put the scooter rack together. The extension came today so I get to see how all that works out. I want to finish sanitizing the water tank, wash the roof and start cleaning the inside. Of course the normal weekend chores like the cut grass, take the trash off, etc, etc.

Did not do much today. Identify a tree I thought was soft maple is actually American Beech. Thry will stand for the most part from what I read helps control invasive stuff. Guess I becoming a fostrer also.

You wife will not like driving that 8n. Does she know the power steering is as much power she has in her arms? Lexie's grandfather had an 8n she said she put it in the ditch and hit the barn.
