Control arm identification

Hi all,
can anybody please identify this upper A control arm .. it's from the IFS of my `60 F100. The IFS conversion kit was sold to me more than 20 years ago
being a Mustang II kit. Lower Crossmember is from Fat Man Fabrications, lower control arm is from Heidt`s - but this upper A arm is puzzling to me.
Maybe someone has done a conversation with this style of A arms ?
Web search all I found are tubular A arms. Asking Heidt´s nobody knows. Need to replace (or repair) because the ball joint is worn. Does anybody know
the ball joint is replaceable ?
Any help is very much appreciated, thank you, Tom

Looks like the older style Heidt's Mustang II suspension.
