right upper control arm
Hi,
My 2000 Explorer FWD needs the right side upper ball joint (2 piece control arm and ball joint)
I read a post somewhere that said they made a one piece right side upper arm.
Advanced Auto sells the one piece control arm. It looks identical to the single piece left side. It's even stamped "R". By using this you won't have the adjustments like the 2 piece unit. Is this the right part? Advanced says that its the right part. Is this true?

If you're lucky, the one piece control arm will work fine. If not, and the vehicle pulls to one side, then there's no way to adjust it out.
However, you could then replace it with a two-piece to regain the caster adjustment capability.....
