What are the readings above at "Key On Engine OFF"?

As Bryan is saying - Verify the units on each reading (preferably they should be configured to be the same units (psi is best IMO).

all connectors are OK , no check eng light , but I found a stored code for the ebp sensor...
I plan to take the turbo off next week , I would like to put a 10 blades wheel....

Code number please.
Might be time to take the EBP sensor off and clean or possibly replace, also clean the tube

While your at that also give the harness a very close look for any damaged insulation.
At that connector is the prime place for a short that does all sorts of strange things.

I just changed the EBP sensor , and the turbo works great!!!!
