No dash lights!
Do you have an ashtry light ? and does it work ?
Does the dome light work with the switch ?
If they do,you will have to remove the instrument cluster.
If they don't,you can get a new headlight switch.
I trust you know how to remove the cluster?
You will need to check the printed circuit and the pin connector going to the cluster.
Sometimes they get brittle, and cause problems.
You will need to check the bulbs as well.
That's it for now.

No dash lights!
My main problem is that the previous owner(s?) did wonders on the wiring. The dome light has never worked. Bought and tried new headlight switch; No luck there. I think my printed circuit is bad are there is a serious wiring problem. Thank you for your advice, mil1ion.
