dash lights not working on 2000 f250 v10 fuses working

Welcome to the FTE.

If you have checked all the fuses tried to the dash lights then it could be the dimmer switch.

Be sure to check all the fuses, under the hood and under the dash. Ford does not do the greatest job of labeling everything that can be affected by each fuse.
