02 E450 7.3 stalling now no start

Truck began stalling once in a while but only after getting hot. Eventually code came up for cam sensor. Replaced sensor Thursday night with updated sensor. Same issue. Cam code returned after driving around the block.

After doing some research it appeared the IPR could be the culprit (stalling once at operating temp) so that was replaced last night.

Truck started first time rough then stalled. I was able to run a key on engine running test but no codes. It will now not restart.

I have pulled airbox back off to see if I bababooyed something or unplugged something but I cannot see anything that I could have done in there.

Any suggestions?

Are you using OEM sensors and IPR? These trucks don't like aftermarket parts there. Did you knock something off or forget to reconnect IPR? Is IPR on with the sleeve and magnet in the right spots? Tinnerman nut on and tight?(I know, but one has to ask).

Is the new IPR OEM or parts store brand?

How long was the engine running before it stalled after putting the "good" IPR in?

What is the fuel level of the tank?

EDIT: Walleye beat me to it, but you see where we are going with this?

When removed the IPR had the plug/solenoid part on top at 12 o'clock. That is how I reinstalled. Is that supposed to be lined up with the IPR itself?

I had to work almost blind so maybe I misaligned.

I know this I probably a bobo mistake on my part

I'll try to get a picture of how it is installed now.

Truck never made it out of garage after install. It would idle terribly but stall immediately

Part is motorcraft.

Fuel level just below full

IIRC the IPR screws in and then the magnet goes on, connector at 12:00, then the spacer goes on with the fat end on the magnet and the Tinnerman nut holds the whole thing together.
